
1. Definitions
1.1. Seller – MB “Ultradition”, company code 305836689, VAT code LT100015036117, registered address: R. Jankausko g. 7-56, LT-04314 Vilnius, email: info@ultradition.lt
1.2. Buyer – a legally capable natural or legal person who purchases goods in the online store www.ultradition.lt.
1.3. Website – the website owned and operated by the Seller at www.ultradition.lt
1.4. Rules – these rules, applicable to every purchase made by the Buyer through the Website, regulating the rights and obligations of the Buyer and Seller, goods pricing, payment procedures, time limits, delivery, product warranty, product returns and exchanges, and the parties’ responsibilities.
2. General Provisions
2.1. The Buyer is deemed to have read and agreed with these Rules by purchasing goods from the Website. These Rules constitute a binding legal document for the Buyer and the Seller, defining their rights and obligations, terms of purchase and payment, goods delivery and return procedures, responsibilities, and other provisions related to online sales at www.ultradition.lt.
2.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend, correct, or supplement the Rules at any time in accordance with applicable legal requirements. Information regarding amendments or supplements is published on the Website www.ultradition.lt.
2.3. The Buyer must familiarize themselves with the Seller’s approved Privacy Policy. The Buyer’s consent or objection to specific data usage methods is expressed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
2.4. Where the Seller is required or entitled to provide documents or information to the Buyer by email, the Buyer is solely responsible for providing a valid and functional email address belonging to them.
3. Personal Data Protection
3.1. The Buyer may order goods on the Website without creating an account.
3.2. When placing an order, the Buyer must provide the Seller with necessary personal data: name, surname, delivery address, telephone number, and email address.
3.3. By confirming these Rules, the Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of purchasing and selling goods and services on www.ultradition.lt.
3.4. By agreeing to data processing, the Buyer also agrees to receive informational messages related to order fulfillment at the provided email and phone number.
3.5. The Seller confirms that the Buyer’s data will only be processed for the purposes of online trade and Seller’s activity analysis and will not be disclosed to third parties except for delivery partners or service providers necessary for order fulfillment. Data may otherwise be disclosed only as required by Lithuanian law.
3.6. To assess customer satisfaction, the Buyer may be contacted by email after delivery and asked to provide feedback.
4. Conclusion of the Sale-Purchase Contract
4.1. The agreement is deemed concluded once the Buyer selects goods, forms a shopping cart, clicks “Pay,” and the Seller confirms the order by contacting the Buyer via phone or email and sending an order confirmation email.
4.2. The Buyer’s and Seller’s agreement is stored in the Website’s database www.ultradition.lt.
5. Buyer’s Rights
5.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods from the Website under these Rules.
5.2. The Buyer may access and request correction of inaccurate personal data by email to info@ultradition.lt. The Seller must promptly comply (within 1–5 business days).
5.3. The Buyer may withdraw from the sale-purchase contract within 14 calendar days from delivery by notifying the Seller in writing via email, specifying the product and order number. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.
5.4. The Buyer’s right to withdraw follows Article 6.22810 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the 22 July 2014 Resolution No. 738 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania (“Retail Trade Rules”).
5.5. The Buyer may exercise this right only if the conditions specified in clause 12.5 are met.
5.6. If the Buyer received goods of unsatisfactory quality, they may: request free repair by the Seller; request replacement with goods of proper quality; request a price reduction; or unilaterally terminate the agreement and request a refund.
6. Buyer’s Obligations
6.1. The Buyer must pay for and accept goods according to these Rules.
6.2. The Buyer must immediately inform the Seller of any data changes provided in the order form.
6.3. When using the Website, the Buyer must comply with these Rules, other posted conditions, and Lithuanian law.
7. Seller’s Rights
7.1. If the Buyer threatens the Website’s stability or security or breaches obligations, the Seller may restrict or suspend access without notice.
7.2. The Seller may suspend or terminate the Website’s operation without prior notice.
7.3. If the Seller cannot fulfill an order on time, it may modify delivery conditions or cancel the order, immediately informing the Buyer and refunding the payment.
8. Seller’s Obligations
8.1. The Seller undertakes to allow access to Website services in accordance with these Rules.
8.2. The Seller commits to respecting the Buyer’s privacy and processing personal data only as provided in Section 2 and applicable laws.
8.3. The Seller must deliver ordered goods to the address indicated by the Buyer.
8.4. If unable to deliver, the Seller must refund the Buyer within 5 business days.
8.5. When the Buyer exercises the right of withdrawal under clause 5.3 and conditions in 5.5 are met, the Seller refunds payment within 14 calendar days from the date of returned goods.
9. Prices, Payment Terms, and Deadlines
9.1. Prices are listed in euros.
9.2. Payment is made by bank transfer.
9.3. VAT invoices include selected goods, quantities, discounts, final price (with taxes), and all accounting-required details.
10. Delivery of Goods
10.1. The Buyer may choose delivery by the Seller or collection at an agreed address.
10.2. Delivery conditions:
The Buyer must specify an exact address.
The Buyer must personally accept goods unless authorized another person.
Delivery is carried out by the Seller or its authorized representative.
10.3. Collection at Seller’s premises is free but must be arranged in advance.
10.4. Delivery times indicated on the Website are approximate. Delays due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control are allowed; the Buyer will be informed and may cancel the order, receiving a refund within 14 days.
10.5. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by the Buyer.
10.6. On delivery, the Buyer must inspect the goods and sign the delivery document. Once signed, the goods are deemed of proper quality unless factory defects are present. Any damage or discrepancies must be noted in writing at the time of delivery.
10.7. Goods are not shipped to sanctioned countries.
11. Warranty and Shelf Life
11.1. Each product’s features are stated in its description on the Website.
11.2. A 24-month statutory warranty applies unless otherwise stated.
12. Return and Exchange of Goods
12.1. The Buyer may return goods within 14 calendar days if they meet the conditions of clause 12.5 by notifying the Seller via email.
12.2. Defects are remedied, or goods replaced, per the 2014 Government Resolution No. 738.
12.3. Custom-made goods are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
12.4. Return conditions: Items must be in original, undamaged packaging; Must be unused and undamaged; Must retain marketable appearance (labels intact, etc.); Must include all components received; Must be clean and retain functional properties; Proof of purchase.
12.5. The Seller may refuse returns if these conditions are not met.
12.6. The Buyer covers return shipping costs.
12.7. Returns follow the 2014 Government Resolution No. 738.
12.8. Refunds are made within 14 calendar days by bank transfer to the payer’s account.
12.9. The Buyer is responsible for safe shipment of returns both domestically and
internationally and any resulting claims with delivery providers.
13. Liability
13.1. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate personal data. The Seller may claim compensation for losses caused by data inaccuracy.
13.2. The Buyer is responsible for all actions performed on the Website.
13.3. The Seller bears no liability for losses resulting from the Buyer’s failure to read these Rules.
13.4. The Seller is not responsible for external website content linked on www.ultradition.lt .
13.5. The Seller is not liable for third-party service obligations.
14. Communication
14.1. The Seller sends all notifications to the Buyer’s email address.
14.2. The Buyer must send all inquiries to info@ultradition.lt.
15. Final Provisions
15.1. Lithuanian law governs these Rules.
15.2. Disputes are resolved through negotiation; failing agreement, disputes are settled under Lithuanian law.
