The purpose of this privacy policy is to provide an individual – the data subject – with information regarding the purposes, legal basis, scope, protection, and retention period of personal data processing at the time of data collection and while processing the personal data of the data subject.

The controller of personal data processing is MB “Ultradition”, MB, company code 305836689, registered office address R. Jankausko g. 7-56, Vilnius (hereinafter – Ultradition).

General Provisions
1. Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
2. This privacy policy applies to ensuring the privacy and protection of the personal data of the following groups (hereinafter – Clients):
● Natural persons who are clients of Ultradition (including potential, former, and current clients);
●Persons whose personal data are processed on social networks in connection with marketing activities organized by Ultradition.
3. Ultradition respects the privacy and protection of its Clients’ personal data and upholds their rights to the lawful processing of personal data in accordance with applicable laws – the Law on the Protection of Individuals regarding the Processing of Personal Data, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (hereinafter – the Regulation), and other applicable legal acts related to privacy and data processing.
4. This Privacy Policy applies regardless of the form or environment in which the Client provides personal data (in person, on Ultradition’s website, in paper form, or by phone).

Purpose of Personal Data Processing
5.1. Ultradition processes personal data for the following purposes:
● Provision of services and sale of goods;
● Client identification;
● Preparation and conclusion of contracts;
● Delivery of goods and provision of services (contractual obligations);
● Development of new goods and services;
● Advertising of goods and services;
● Client service and complaint handling;
● Client retention, loyalty enhancement, and satisfaction surveys;
● Payment administration;
● Business planning and analysis;
● Client safety;
● Other specific purposes for which the Client has provided consent by submitting specific data to Ultradition.

Categories of Personal Data Recipients
6. Ultradition does not disclose the Client’s personal data or any information obtained during service provision and contractual validity to third parties, including information about received goods or services, except:
● With the Client’s clear and explicit consent;
● To persons specified by external legal acts, upon their justified request and within the scope and procedures defined by such acts;
● In cases specified by external legal acts for the protection of Ultradition’s legitimate interests, such as when applying to a court or other national authorities concerning a person who has violated Ultradition’s lawful interests.

Transfer of Personal Data
7. Ultradition does not transfer personal data to third parties except to the extent necessary to carry out legitimate business purposes, ensuring that relevant third parties maintain data confidentiality and protection.
7.1. Ultradition may transfer personal data to its suppliers, subcontractors, strategic partners, and others who assist Ultradition and its clients in carrying out commercial activities and cooperation. In such cases, Ultradition requires data recipients to use the data only for the purposes for which it was provided and to comply with legal requirements.

Personal Data Retention Period
8. Ultradition stores and processes Clients’ personal data as long as one of the following criteria applies:
● While the contract concluded with the Client or the provided service remains valid;
● The data are necessary for the purpose for which they were collected;
● Until the Client’s request has been fully reviewed and/or fulfilled;
● Until Ultradition or the Client can exercise their legitimate interests as set out in legal acts (for example, submitting feedback or filing claims in court);
● While Ultradition has a legal obligation to retain the data;
● While the Client’s consent for data processing remains valid, if no other legal basis for processing exists.

9. Once the circumstances mentioned in point 8 cease to exist, the Client’s data are deleted. Audit records are stored for at least one year from the date of their creation.

Client Rights and Access to Personal Data
10. The Client has the right to receive the information provided by law regarding the processing of their personal data.
11. In accordance with the law, the Client has the right to request that Ultradition allow access to their personal data, as well as to request their supplementation, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing in relation to the Client, or to object to processing (including processing based on Ultradition’s legitimate interests), and the right to data portability. These rights apply to the extent compatible with Ultradition’s obligations under applicable laws carried out in the public interest.
12. To exercise these rights, the Client may submit a request electronically by sending an email to info@ultradition.lt.
13. Upon receiving the Client’s request, Ultradition verifies the Client’s identity, reviews the request, and acts in accordance with applicable laws.
14. Ultradition sends its response by email to the contact address provided by the Client.
15. Ultradition ensures compliance with data processing and protection requirements in accordance with laws; if a Client submits a complaint, Ultradition takes necessary steps to resolve it. If unresolved, the Client has the right to contact the supervisory authority – the State Data Protection Inspectorate.
16. Ultradition undertakes to ensure the accuracy of personal data and relies on its clients, suppliers, and other third parties transmitting data to ensure completeness and correctness of transferred data.

Client Consent and Withdrawal
17. The Client gives consent for personal data processing (when the legal basis is consent, e.g., for receiving commercial communications or analytical use of personal data) by placing product orders through Ultradition’s website or mobile devices, or where Ultradition organizes marketing activities.
18. The Client may withdraw their consent at any time in the same manner it was given.
19. Withdrawal of consent does not affect data processing carried out while the consent was valid.
20. Revocation of consent cannot terminate processing based on other legal grounds.

Commercial Communications
21. The sending of commercial communications related to Ultradition and/or third-party services or other unrelated messages (e.g., client surveys) is carried out in accordance with external legal acts or based on the Client’s consent.
22. Ultradition may communicate and send commercial messages using automated calling systems or electronic communication means.
23. The Client provides consent to receive commercial messages from Ultradition and/or its partners by performing order actions on the Ultradition website, via mobile devices, or within marketing campaigns organized by Ultradition.
24. The Client’s consent to receive commercial messages remains valid until it is withdrawn (including after the service contract expires). The Client may opt out at any time by:
● Sending a request via email to info@ultradition.lt;
● Using the automated unsubscribe option by clicking the unsubscribe link at the end of a commercial message (email).
25. Ultradition stops sending commercial messages as soon as the Client’s request is processed. Request processing may take up to five business days due to technical considerations.
26. By expressing an opinion in surveys and providing contact details (email address, phone number, etc.), the Client consents that Ultradition may contact them using the provided details concerning their submitted feedback.

Website Visits and Cookies
27. Ultradition’s websites may use cookies:
● Cookies are files stored on users’ computers by a website to identify users and simplify site usage. Internet browsers can be configured to notify clients about cookies and allow them to choose whether to accept them. Refusing cookies does not prohibit the use of the website but may limit its functionality;
● Ultradition’s websites may contain links to third-party websites that have their own rules on the use and protection of personal data, for which Ultradition is not responsible.

Other Provisions
28. Ultradition has the right to amend and supplement this Privacy Policy and make it available to Clients by publishing it on the Ultradition website.

Privacy Policy
